We currently ship within Canada, and United States. We’re based in Ontario and offer tracked delivery through trusted carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to ship?

Because each piece is handmade with care, processing time can take up to 14 days before your order is shipped. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

If you’re ordering from outside Canada, any customs, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Auras is not responsible for covering these costs or delays caused by border processing.

What if my address is wrong?

Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error right after ordering, email us immediately at inquire@houseofauras.studio and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are energetic we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us at inquire@houseofauras.studio within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If your piece breaks due to a manufacturing issue, reach out to inquire@houseofauras.studio with a photo and description to start a repair request.

Each piece is crafted from natural materials and should be treated with care. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, and prolonged sunlight. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or safe space when not in use to preserve your piece.

Crystals have been used for centuries as tools for intention, healing, and protection. Each stone carries its own frequency. Please note that Auras jewelry is not a medical device and should not replace professional advice or treatment.
