Because each piece is handmade with care, processing time can take up to 14 days before your order is shipped. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

If you’re ordering from outside Canada, any customs, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Auras is not responsible for covering these costs or delays caused by border processing.

Because our products are energetic we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us at inquire@houseofauras.studio within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Each piece is crafted from natural materials and should be treated with care. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, and prolonged sunlight. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or safe space when not in use to preserve your piece.
