All sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at inquire@houseofauras.studio  and we’ll do our best to make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. At this time, Auras ships to Canada and the United States only. Please note: Auras is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

 

ORDER ISSUES

 

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving your order at inquire@houseofauras.studio. We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

MISSING PACKAGE

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package is missing, please reach out to inquire@houseofauras.studio. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

CANCELLING/EDITING ORDERS

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you need edits or have concerns, please contact us immediately at inquire@houseofauras.studio

 

CUSTOM REQUESTS We love creating intentional pieces that align with your unique needs. Custom requests may be accommodated depending on availability and design. Please reach out to inquire@houseofauras.studio to discuss possibilities and pricing adjustments.

MATERIALS

 

We use 14k gold-filled metals and natural gemstones in our pieces. Gold-filled is highly durable and tarnish-resistant, but not 100% tarnish-proof. For any questions or allergy concerns, please check the product description or reach out to us.

To preserve your item: ● Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals ● Gently clean with a soft cloth ● Store in a dry, safe space when not in use Every order includes a Care Card with full instructions.
